I am a 40-year-old mother of 4 (children) and 2 cats, a wife, a student (pre-med; naturopathic medicine), a lifelong nerdy geek, and foodie. You will often find my spouse and me at a library or bookstore; usually after enjoying a great food exploration.
My dream is to help people in their healing. That’s always been my dream. Previously I assisted people in emotional and mental healing. I am moving on to “all of the above”, plus the physical. For you can not assist one without the other.
Thus, by creating a space to share my story with Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia and living with a pacemaker (before and after). I found there was not a lot of information available when I searched for even basic information.
I hope my endeavor reaches even one person who is desperately searching for a light to be shed on any information they may be searching for at any step in their journey they may be.
I also endeavor to instill hope in those that are feeling at their wit’s end and hopeless in dealing with a diminished quality of life due to Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (which is an SVT-supraventricular tachycardia).
Everything I share is from my own experience. Remember to keep in perspective that your experience, symptoms, and body will be different than mine; even though some things may be similar.
